Max Grossman is a graduate student in the Rice University Department of Computer Science with a research focus in Parallel and Distributed Computing, working under Professor Vivek Sarkar in the Habanero Extreme Scale Software Research Group. His work focuses on schedulers, programming models, tools, and applications for heterogeneous and distributed systems.
As a professional software developer and researcher, Max has held positions in academic, industrial, and government institutions including Rice University's Habanero Extreme Scale Software Research Project, Delphix, Oracle Labs, Repsol R&D, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, OpenStax, and the USA Department of Defense.
